Preparing For Your Appointment
Read the Appointment Policy in its entirety and complete SWANK Beautique's COVID-19 Liablity Wavier Form.If this form is not completed within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, services will not be rendered.
Please remove any twists, coils, or braids and weaves prior to your appointment.
Note: There is an additional charge for removal of braids, twists, weaves, etc. and excessive detangling.
* Color clients, please come with your hair free of excessive buildup as color cannot be processed on dirty hair.
How to Book

Deposits are Non-refundable
Deposits are required to book an appointment and non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no return of any portion of it. The amount of the deposit charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment.
Running Late
We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See below policy)
No Call/No Show
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.

We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment over the phone or through text message/email reminders.

We will secure each guest’s billing information on file prior to scheduling any service.

When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

If necessary, the next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending the missed or late-canceled appointment (including missing appointments due to late arrival).
When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impacts the stylist and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our stylists’ time as much as we try to respect yours.

Service Changes
Please ensure that you have scheduled the correct service and that you are booked for all the services you wish to receive. Last-minute add-ons may not be attainable. If you are unsure of what to book, please call to book your appointment.
Salon Guarantee
We are committed to customer satisfaction; therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know. We will work to correct your issue while you are at the salon. There will be no redos after 24 hours. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Children
SWANK Beautique does not service children under the age of 8. Due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.
In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the children and guests at SWANK Beautique, we will refuse service if a child will not sit still. The liability is too great to assume responsibility for children in an environment that has many dangers present.
Animals & Pets in the Salon
The only animals permitted inside of SWANK Beautique premises are approved service dogs (with paperwork ). Law of the South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We can’t allow them inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home.
Extra Guests
As seating is limited, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment, in order to allow room for patrons.
